As a healthcare provider, I abide by the rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy in regards to health information as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

 

I maintain industry-standard intake forms and SOAP notes on my clients. These notes detail the chief complaint, observations and treatments provided for each massage session. These notes are kept as secured hard copies.

 

I will never sell or share your provided email address to any third parties. Your email address will be used for direct communication regarding your appointments, treatment and any administrative issues that require contact with you.
